By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
The Read Later Organizer app is designed to help you save and organize links for later reading. You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only.

The App offers in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify the pricing of in-app purchases at any time.
The links, categories, and tags you create in the App are your own content. You are solely responsible for the links you save and any consequences that may arise from accessing those links.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Read Later Organizer and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
In no event shall Read Later Organizer, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
