MM InfoCare ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and disclosed by MM InfoCare when you use our QuickVoiceNotes application ("App").

• Audio Recordings: Our App is designed to record, save, and manage your voice recordings. These recordings are stored locally on your device by default.
• Backup Data: If you choose to use our premium backup feature, your recordings will be backed up to your personal Google Drive account.
• Google Account Information: If you opt to use the backup feature, we request access to your Google Drive only to store and retrieve your backup files.
• Usage Data: We collect anonymous information about how you use our App, including actions taken within the App and any crash reports to improve our service.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our App
• Enable backup and restore functionality for your recordings (premium feature)
• Develop new features and services

• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our App

Data Storage

By default, all your recordings and categorization data are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers. When you use the premium backup feature, your recordings are stored in your personal Google Drive account. We do not have access to view, modify, or use your backed-up recordings except to facilitate the backup and restore processes you initiate.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With Your Consent: We may share information when you direct us to do so.
• Service Providers: We may share information with vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to perform work on our behalf.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
• Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Google Drive Integration

For premium users who choose to use our backup feature:

• We request access only to create, read, update, and delete files that our App creates in your Google Drive.
• Our access is limited to an application-specific folder named "QuickVoiceNotes" in your Google Drive.
• You can revoke our access to your Google Drive at any time through your Google Account settings.
• We adhere to Google's API Services User Data Policy.

Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems. If any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as:

• The right to access personal information we maintain about you
• The right to request that we update, correct, or delete your personal information
